Design Contract Agreement
During this step of the process, we will create a contract agreement with you to design the perfect custom home according to your preferences. You won’t need to sign a construction agreement until you review and approve of our design plans.
Home Design and Budget Establishment
Once your preferred home design has been selected or created, we can help you establish a firm home building budget prior to signing a construction agreement.
Construction
Once the preliminary planning is completed and agreements are signed, we can begin construction on your home. Your home will take shape in the exact ways we envisioned it together. You can be as involved or as hands-off as you would like to be. We will keep you involved throughout the process so you always know what is going on.
